Ms.Ute Nausch s career as a professional with experience primarily in procurement and project management. After studying Human Medicine at Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf (1977-1982),she worked at Kluth Telefonmarketing as a Project Manager handling customer acquisition and staff development. Ms. Nausch then served as a caregiver at Rheinische Landesklinik Düsseldorf (1990-1991) before obtaining European Merchant qualification at Siemens AG (1992-1994). Her most recent positions were as Assistant to the Purchasing Manager at Much Pharma GmbH (1995) and Project Commitment Control/Assistant to the Work Manager, where she managed procurement, international correspondence, and project fund approvals. Her qualifications include Industrial Buyer certification, SAP/R3 knowledge, and proficiency in Commercial English and French. Ms. Ute Nausch's deep conviction about the importance of positive healthcare experiences stems from her extensive career in the field. Her long-standing professional experience has given her firsthand insight into how quality medical care transforms patient outcomes. This wealth of knowledge informs her approach to back office coordination for international patients, where she draws upon years of expertise to anticipate needs, overcome cultural barriers, and ensure seamless communication between patients and medical providers.
