A remote consultation is one where the Doctor and Patient are not in the same country,or the doctor has no schedule to receive the patient for body consultation. This could be by phone or video. Usually we are providing our international patients with 2 types of remote consultation Written consultation: means that we take care of communicating with the patient,collect all his medical records as well questions. Our translators will take care of translation from his native language to German language. Then based on statistics and rating collected in our data base we select the adequate doctor for the case We schedule the appointment with the doctor,inform the patient and the case will be treated urgently by the doctor. In many cases,we receive the final medical report within 3 to 5working days. His report will be translated into English and discussed over the phone with the patient. Our medical consultant will explain over the phone the consultation and recommendations of the doctor. If any therapies will be recommended so we will follow up for up to 3months for free.
